You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order or before it is shipped — whichever is earlier.

Once the order is packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds or replacement only under the following conditions:
Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
For refund processing, you must:
Share unboxing video and clear photos of the product.
Mention the Order ID and issue details.
No Refunds Will Be Issued For:
Opened or used bait, feed, or consumable items.
Delay caused by courier company or unforeseen weather.
COD orders where the customer refuses to accept delivery.
Refund Method & Timeline
If eligible, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method or UPI transfer.
