We strive to provide high-quality fishing bait and attractant products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Opened or used bait products
Damaged items due to customer mishandling
Products purchased during clearance or special sale (if mentioned)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order details.
Share product images (if damaged or incorrect item received).
Our team will guide you through the return process.
4. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), return shipping will be free.
For other reasons, customer will bear the return shipping cost.
5. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed.
Refund will be credited within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
6. Replacement Policy
We offer replacement for damaged or incorrect items.
Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
