Order Cancellation

  • At Xtreme AquaTech, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

  • You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order or before it is shipped — whichever is earlier.

  • Once the order is packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


 Refund Policy

  • We offer refunds or replacement only under the following conditions:

    • Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • For refund processing, you must:

    • Share unboxing video and clear photos of the product.

    • Mention the Order ID and issue details.


 No Refunds Will Be Issued For:

  • Opened or used bait, feed, or consumable items.

  • Delay caused by courier company or unforeseen weather.

  • COD orders where the customer refuses to accept delivery.


 Refund Method & Timeline

  • If eligible, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method or UPI transfer.
